| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

If you reside outside the state of California, you don't pay any sales tax. Otherwise, State Law requires that we charge applicable sales tax (7.75%) for all orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. |
| Can you ship to an alternate address? |

For security reasons, if paying with a credit card, we can ONLY ship to that credit card's billing address. If paying with PayPal, we can ONLY ship to a PayPal Confirmed Address. |
| I have a question on my charges. |

| I need a copy of my receipt/invoice. |

Click on the My Account link. From there you'll be able to print a copy of your invoice. |
| When will my credit appear on my credit card statement? |

If you're returning an item and/or a credit is due to you, it usually takes 5-7 business days (from the time we receive the returned item) for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. |
| When will my credit card be charged? |

Your credit card will be charged once you complete the check-out process. |
