Shipping and Returns
 

All products on our website are guaranteed Brand New, Authentic, and carry a One (1) Year Warranty with MSW. Few exceptions such as: Kicker SoloX™ subs and re-cone kits, and RE Audio® MT subs will not carry a warranty. SoloX™ and MT-Series subs are intended for SPL competition use. If these subs blow, you must purchase a re-cone kit. Kicker® and RE Audio® will not warranty these items for obvious reasons.

Product warranties are offered through MobileSoundWorks—not the product manufacturer. All warranty claims MUST go through MSW, and be approved with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number prior to returning the item(s). Contact us at warranty@mobilesoundworks.com to request an RMA.

Depending on the manufacturer and the nature of the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Products which are damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned (to us) will not be granted warranty coverage. There is no charge for repairing products covered under warranty—apart from shipping fees. Customers requesting warranty service are responsible for ALL shipping fees of serviced products (both to & from us).

MobileSoundWorks shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective product. Please read the “Abuse, Misuse, and/or Installation” section for further details.

Most orders ship via UPS Ground from CA. Expedited shipping (eg. 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air) is available for in-stock items upon request. Contact us at customerservice@mobilesoundworks.com for more details or a quote.

Orders to APO/FPO addresses usually ship via USPS Priority (addt'l fees apply).

MobileSoundWorks is honored with the opportunity to extend our services to the men and women serving our country at APO and FPO bases. Most military orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for $19.99 per item. Certain exceptions may apply.

Orders shipped to AK, HI, or PR will accrue additional shipping fees based on package size and weight. Contact us at customerservice@mobilesoundworks.com for a shipping quote outside the 48 U.S. States.

Shipping Lead Time
Most orders process and ship within 1-2 business days. However, always refer to the product's "Availability" as shipping times may vary.

If a product is either out-of-stock or backordered, we'll contact you with its estimated arrival date and other available options.

Shipping Notification
Upon submitting your order, you'll receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Please note the "Order Number", and reference it when inquiring about your order. Having your Order Number will avoid delays, and help us better assist you with your transaction.

Once your order ships, you'll receive another e-mail from us confirming shipment. You'll also be able to view tracking numbers by logging into your MobileSoundWorks account.
Return / Exchange Policy
  In the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days to return the merchandise for an exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping charges. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will also apply to all returns, exchanges, canceled orders—no exceptions. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less the restocking fee). To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, contact us at warranty@mobilesoundworks.com.

We can NOT accept merchandise for return or exchange if a product:
  • is returned after 14 days of receipt
  • is shipped back without an RMA Number
  • is not new in its original factory packaging
  • is missing any parts (ie. remote control, wire harness, owner's manual)
  • is a "Special Order"
  • shows any signs of being damaged, installed, modified, or used
