Opening a new account with MobileSoundWorks is a "piece of cake". Just click the My Account link, then simply follow the instructions.
Opening an account with us is completely FREE, and you're not obligated to purchase anything. Your information is never sold to any other company and is kept completely confidential. Click here for more information on our Privacy Policy. |
| How do I edit my account information? |

Click the My Account link to access your account. From there you'll be able to edit your account information. |
| How much is my shipping? |

If you order total is over $99, you don't pay a dime for shipping! Click here for more information on our shipping policies. |
| I forgot my password. |

Click here if you forgot the password to your account. Simply submit your e-mail address, and your password will be e-mailed to you. |
| What is your return policy? |
| |
In the unlikely event that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 days to return the merchandise for an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges, and original shipping fees are not refundable. A restocking fee of 15% (minus shipping and handling) will also apply. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less the restocking fee). To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, contact us at warranty@mobilesoundworks.com.
We can NOT accept merchandise for return or exchange if a product:
- is returned after 14 days of receipt
- is shipped back without an RMA Number
- is not new in its original factory packaging
- is missing any parts (ie. remote control, wire harness, owner's manual)
- is a "Special Order" item
- shows any signs of being damaged, installed, modified, or used

| When will my order ship? |

Most orders process and ship within 1-2 business days. However, always refer to the product's "Availability" as shipping times may vary.
If a product is either out-of-stock or backordered, we'll contact you with its estimated arrival date and other available options. |
