All products on our site, with the exception of Kicker SoloX subs and
RE Audio MT subs, are covered against manufacturer defects for a period
of One (1) Year from receipt. SoloX and MT series subs are intended for
SPL competition use. If these subs blow, you must purchase a re-cone kit.
Even Kicker and RE Audio don't warranty these items for obvious reasons.
Product warranties are offered through MobileSoundWorks—not the product
manufacturer. All warranty claims MUST go through MobileSoundWorks,
and be approved with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
prior to returning the item(s). Contact us at warranty@mobilesoundworks.com
to request an RMA Number.
Depending on the manufacturer and the nature of the defect, the product
may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Products
which are damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned
(to us) will not be granted warranty coverage. There is no charge
for repairing products covered under warranty—apart from shipping fees.
Customers requesting warranty service are responsible for ALL
shipping fees of serviced products (both to & from us).
MobileSoundWorks shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use,
installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective
product. Please read the “Abuse, Misuse, and/or Installation” section
below for further details.
